The cornerstone of advancing awareness and knowledge are:

Spectrum will provide Initial and Annual refresher training and education regarding the Ethics Program to all employees via Spectrum’s Computer Based Training module on the Employee Web Site. Managers and supervisors shall pay particular attention to those areas that are associated with their accountability for success.

HR will automatically receive an email upon employees successful completion of training.

It is the Director’s responsibility to ensure that all employees comply with Spectrum’s Ethics training policy.

I’m a new employee. When will I start my training?

A: Newly hired employees will be oriented within 60 days of their employment. This training shall include definition and explanation of the expectations set forth in the Code of Business Ethics.
