Misrepresentation of Position
As employees of Spectrum, each person holds an important role within the organization. These roles and the responsibility and authority associated with them must be used appropriately at all times.
Prohibited:
Assigning subordinates non-work related activities at any time.
Misrepresentation of decision making authority and/or responsibilities.
Intentional and inferred obligation of Spectrum to meet contractual and/or financial resources not in one’s authority.
Permitted:
Clearly represent ourselves as contracting staff versus government personnel.
Use of retired military rank in business title reference must be approved by the CEO or COO.
