Take an active role in supporting the BEP and lead the organization ensuring the highest levels of ethical actions are taken at all times.

Waivers from the Code of Conduct may only be approved by the CEO and COO, and will be annotated.

Provides oversight to the program and the policy requirements. This includes improvement assessments and supporting individual department managers and the organization as a whole during implementation of approved revisions.
