From the CEO

In our brief history, Spectrum has earned the reputation of “doing what is right” for our customers, partners and employees. That commitment is the fundamental building block of our exceptional success to date and enables our future growth and prosperity.

As Spectrum's CEO, I present to you the Spectrum Business Ethics Program, “SEE.” I urge each of you to become familiar with the program and use it as the reference to guide your daily work and business relations. The program will not address every situation that may arise, but it does establish acceptable protocols to resolve challenges that may surface as we continue to grow. As necessary, you can and should request assistance and discuss your concerns with your supervisor, others in your chain of command and/or the Ethics Officer.

In closing, let me thank each of you for your commitment to Spectrum and solicit your support in making our ethics programs a part of Spectrum’s culture.
