Reporting a Concern

How to Report a Concern:

  1. Gather the facts that you are aware of and be prepared to communicate them verbally or in writing. Factual information is required to effectively pursue an investigation.

  2. Avoid the temptation to investigate activities on your own.

  3. Place a call to reporting line (833) 558-1930, submit concern online at sptrm.ethicspoint.com, or on mobile device at sptrm.navexone.com or by using the QR code below.

  4. If raising a concern anonymously via our helpline, it is imperative you check back daily on the website to answer any further questions or to provide additional information required by the investigative team. Without this collaboration the investigative activities are hampered or may not be possible.

  5. If desired, re-contact with confidential code for status update and to potentially provide additional information.

I reported an allegation six months ago. Ever since, my supervisor stopped including me in several meetings. Is this retaliation?

A: Significant changes in how you’re treated can be viewed as retaliation. If your supervisor treats you differently since you reported an allegation, you should raise your concern to management through the Ethics Officer or at sptrm.alertline.com.
