Purpose

The overall intent of the Spectrum Business Ethics Program is to promote awareness and discussion of ethical behavior. All employees are encouraged to have an open dialogue with peers, subordinates and managers regarding questions, concerns and issues related to ethical behavior and actions. Just as Spectrum is committed to taking your concerns seriously, you must take responsibility for ensuring your actions are beyond reproach.

Your Role:

DO relay questions, issues or concerns which are paramount and should be accomplished with “good faith” intent towards resolution.

DO communicate any concerns and report suspected violations of the provisions of Spectrum Business Ethics policies, Code of Conduct or other company policies. This is a universal employee obligation and a condition for employment.

DO NOT engage in retribution of any kind towards anyone who reports, in good faith, a possible violation. Any colleague who deliberately makes a false accusation with the intent of harming or retaliating against another colleague is subject to discipline up to and including termination of employment.
