Why Is it Important?


Spectrum’s credibility and business relationships are based on safeguarding the confidential and proprietary information of Spectrum and of those with whom we do business: customers, vendors, suppliers, etc. It is the duty of each employee to respect and protect the confidentiality of all such information generated by Spectrum and/or obtained in the course of providing services for our customers.

At no time is it permissible to directly or indirectly share protected information. All employees must be aware of the protected status of data and conscientious about how and when to share it. There are so many areas for potential dissemination of information that are prohibited, it is best to always be conservative before hitting “send” on an email or mentioning work related experiences.
