Improvement

Two aspects of continuous improvement are employed to ensure internal controls and regulations are sufficient:

  1. Regular audits and routine program review

  2. Continuous communication of expectations

Spectrum is committed to internal and external audits of its ethics related programs, policies and procedures. Employees are informed of modifications and new developments in a timely manner and are expected to implement changes as required.

Ethical behavior is not a one time assessment. Ethics standards are to be met every minute of every day spent representing Spectrum. Employee input is essential to the on-going improvement and protection against violations of ethical business practices. Through this feedback, the Business Ethics Program team is able to clarify and refine communications to ensure clear expectations.

Please remain conscious of the fact that, you are the face of this company and you have a personal impact on the perception of Spectrum as an ethically grounded and respectful organization. Spectrum has full confidence that every employee will actively participate in maintaining an effective Ethics Program and to help us “SEE.”
